We are seeking a highly skilled People Partner to join our People and Performance team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will utilise their business acumen to provide strategic insights and drive business decisions, while acting as a catalyst for change.

Reporting to the Senior Manager People Partnerships, your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Collaborating with functional and property leaders to deliver a consistent, efficient, and proactive strategic people agenda
  • Partnering closely with the leader to ensure the People agenda is a priority and solutions meet the unique needs of the group or department
  • Prioritising and partnering in building financially sound recommendations across all aspects of People and Performance
  • Understanding the root cause of leadership needs and gathering insights to inform the design and rollout of P&P initiatives
  • Coaching, developing, and empowering leaders to perform as leaders, particularly on People operating model

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven work experience in a Human Resource related role
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or Organisational Development
  • Strong relationship, coaching, influencing, and communication skills

You will play a critical role in building the capability of senior and mid-level leaders, coaching them on the best approach to accessing services within the People & Performance Team.
