Reliability Expert

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to ensure the seamless operation of our real-time trading systems.

This critical position involves rapid incident response, platform support and monitoring, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement lasting system improvements and automation.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in Linux, network setup, containers, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain continuity of critical operations with urgent issue resolution
  • Proactively monitor and address system problems
  • Collaborate on system architecture evolution and deployment
  • Lead and ensure delivery of system enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years experience, including 3+ years in reliability engineering or similar roles
  • Proficient in Python and Bash; knowledge of Go, Java, C++ is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
