Job Title: Continuous Improvement and Change Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Change Analyst/Change Manager to provide support for a major operating system upgrade in Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver change management support for the IT project, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to drive collaborative outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough change analysis activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments.
  • Analyze training needs, document learning requirements, and provide recommendations for effective knowledge transfer.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training and learning materials to ensure successful adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Camtasia, PowerPoint, MS Excel, and other relevant tools
  • Experience coordinating and/or managing complex change initiatives in a commercial environment
  • Solid understanding of project delivery principles, enabling effective risk identification and mitigation strategies
