IT Infrastructure Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill this key position.

This role involves the evaluation, testing, and implementation of IT infrastructure systems to support business processes and operations.

You will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and improving company IT infrastructure systems and networks.

Maintaining existing infrastructure systems
Designing new computer systems and frameworks
Managing the setup and configuration of IT infrastructure systems
Developing maintenance procedures
Troubleshooting reported errors

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A University Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Expert knowledge and experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing, and switching on Cisco CCNA or greater level
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Microsoft Exchange in high-available configurations
  • Experience with SCCM and/or ServiceNow
  • Cloud solution experience
  • Basic administration of Linux servers
