Job Summary

This is a hands-on and proactive Operations Excellence Manager role where you will work closely with fabrication and warehouse teams to ensure high-quality standards in our made-to-order products.

We are looking for a technically minded professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement. You will communicate clearly, lead by example, and influence at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain quality control programs across fabrication and warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to internal standards and customer expectations.
  • Analyse quality data, customer feedback, and production reports to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques to streamline processes, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and upskill teams in problem solving, visual management, root cause analysis, and performance gap resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues and ensure accurate procurement specifications.
  • Oversee the non-conformance and dispensation processes, including documentation, investigation, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate calibration schedules for equipment and maintain quality assurance records and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor delivery performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve order fulfilment accuracy and timeliness.
