Executive Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store.

This role involves ensuring that all departments are working efficiently, deadlines are met, and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.

The successful candidate will have full accountability for the running of the operations department, including managing teams, implementing new processes, and driving sales growth.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Direct leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control requirements
  • To ensure visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
