Location: Sydney Dental Hospital
The Patient Flow Manager is responsible for day-to-day operational management of the Patient Intake and Demand Unit. This includes compliance with relevant NSW Health policies to meet operational objectives, as well as supervision and management of staff within the service.
Ideal Candidate- Experience in supervising, mentoring, and training staff.
- Dedication to service excellence and accountability, with a strong understanding of patient waitlist management within a health service.
- Management and leadership skills in a customer service environment to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and demand management.
- Supervise and manage staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making.
- Accrued Day Off each month.
