As a Payment Assurance Officer at Team Global Express, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of subcontractor payments. This position is perfect for finance and accounting professionals who enjoy working in a structured and detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractor payment assurance, exception reporting, and auditing payment data.
  • Investigate, interpret, and calculate payments, identify errors and their root causes, and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Manage and resolve payment disputes, maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations Site Supervisors & Managers, Finance teams, and Subcontractors, ensuring that all processes adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential.
  • Preferred experience in Finance, Payroll, Administration, or Dispute resolution.
  • Proven experience in analysing, auditing, and reporting on payment data (or big data).
  • Active listening skills combined with a high level of curiosity to understand and address stakeholder needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with the ability to stay motivated and driven.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
