About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at SunWater. As a key member of our Enterprise Change Enablement team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering project-related change, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Change Management Plans: Leverage our Enterprise Change Enablement Strategy to create actionable and targeted change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments, and training plans.
  • Manage Change Activities: Own and manage change management activities within the overall integrated project plan, collaborating with project teams to ensure the completion of deliverables.
  • Clarify Change Impacts: Articulate change impacts across people, process, and systems, taking into consideration organizational culture, change readiness, and leadership requirements to embed changes effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven Change Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in change management, with qualifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent listening skills and an open mindset to identify problems and apply critical thinking to implement solutions.
  • Influencing and Relationship Building: Ability to influence and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organization to deliver enterprise change, with the ability to coach and mentor other staff and uplift change leadership skills and capability.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent change planning, facilitation, and coordination skills related to multi-tasking across various projects and project lifecycle phases.
