Sunwater is seeking a talented Change Analyst to join our team. As a Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and assessing change, developing plans and artefacts, and building employee capability and confidence to adopt and embed project or initiative implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments to support change management activities.
  • Clarify and articulate the change across people, process, and systems, taking into consideration organisational culture, change readiness, and leadership requirements.
  • Prepare appropriate plans, progress monitoring, and artefacts encompassing change management, collaboration, and consultation, communication, and training activities.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Sunwater and enable leaders to raise change awareness, foster collaboration, and inform project deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and enable leaders to raise change awareness and achieve intended outcomes.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with project team members and specialists.
