About the RoleAs an Employment Relations Officer, you will provide advice and support to employees and managers on employment conditions, performance management, Code of Conduct, grievances, and dispute resolution. You will also assist with the development, review, and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and provide advice to staff and management on queries related to complaints and ASIO's Code of Conduct.
- Progress and manage Code of Conduct complaints, including the administration of complex case management investigations related to workplace behaviour and conduct matters.
- Provide guidance to staff to ensure consistent interpretation and application of organisational policies and frameworks.
