As the Senior Director Employee Relations, you will lead and manage a team of Employee Relations professionals to provide strategic advice on a range of employee, workforce, and industrial relations matters.

Key responsibilities include developing strategies for enterprise bargaining negotiations and complex industrial disputes, ensuring the efficient and effective administration of private sector industrial relations matters within the jurisdiction of the Territory, and representing the Commissioner for Public Employment in senior level strategic alliances and collaborations.

To succeed in this role, you will require a demonstrated record of proactive executive leadership in a large multi-stakeholder environment, and experience in complex policy, employee and industrial relations.

Expert capabilities in research, analytical and conceptual thinking, high-level communication, interpersonal and influential skills, and political astuteness and cultural competence are essential.
