About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, identifying opportunities to grow our membership base, and contributing to a positive and inclusive club environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with members to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their club experience
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive membership growth and retention
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, member engagement, and sales performance
