**The Role**

Currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Member Engagement Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

As the Member Engagement Manager, you will work closely with the General Advice Manager to assist in the development and execution of Member Engagement services. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of Member Services Consultants, ensuring the delivery of superior service and experiences to valued members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, develop, and manage the front desk team, ensuring the efficient delivery of member engagement services to enhance the member experience.
- Collaborate with the General Advice Manager to provide high-quality services to members, including the development and execution of a value-add member program for both new and existing members, aimed at increasing member engagement and financial outcomes..

**About You**
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Financial Advice.
- RG146 certification.
- Experience in Member Services, preferably within Superannuation and/or Financial Planning
- Experience managing a team
- Commitment to delivering excellent member service and contributing to business improvement.
- Core understanding of the member lifecycle, member needs, and the impact of member insights on experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
