Member Engagement Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Engagement Manager to join our team on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Advice Manager to develop and execute member engagement services.
This role involves leading, developing and managing a front desk team to deliver superior service and experiences to valued members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a team of Member Services Consultants to enhance the member experience.
- Collaborating with the General Advice Manager to provide high-quality services to members, including developing and executing a value-add member program for both new and existing members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Financial Advice.
- RG146 certification.
- Experience in Member Services, preferably within Superannuation and/or Financial Planning.
- Experience managing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
