Senior Legal Expert in Employment Law

We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer to join our practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored advice to clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Conduct litigation where necessary, relating to breaches of contracts, unfair dismissals, general protections, bullying & harassment, and human rights claims.
- Manage files independently and approach cases holistically, integrating client factors and broader perspectives.
- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law or workplace relations.
- Understanding and application of the Fair Work Act (2009).
- Able to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail with expert analysis and approach to cases.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent legal knowledge, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve outstanding results.
