Leading Employment Law Expert

About the Role:
- Provide expert employment law advice to drive business success and minimize legal risks.
- Partner with HR leaders, executives, and external advisors to develop and implement effective legal solutions that support organizational objectives.
- Lead the management of complex employment disputes, including representation in tribunals and courts, and oversight of external counsel when necessary.
- Contribute to strategic projects, transactions, and initiatives with employment law implications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the HR community, senior stakeholders, and external partners.

- You have extensive experience in employment law, either in private practice or in-house.
- You possess a proven track record of managing employment disputes and advising on complex legal matters.
- You excel at communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- You can balance technical legal expertise with practical, solutions-focused advice.

Requirements:
