Restaurant Operations Manager

The role of Restaurant Operations Manager is to oversee the day-to-day activities of a busy restaurant. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume settings and will possess excellent customer service skills.
This position requires a strong ability to work with, mentor and develop a large team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting priorities and assigning tasks as required.
- Manage front-of-house operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety are maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer complaints or feedback.
- Assist with financial management tasks such as cash handling and reporting.
- Proven work experience in a high-volume setting as a Supervisor or Manager of a restaurant.
- Strong communication skills and a magnetic personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
- Financial acumen and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Experience managing functions is preferred but not essential.
