Restaurant Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure that they meet the highest standards of service quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium dining environment.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing teams, with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to take initiative and lead by example.
