Key Responsibilities:- Maintain impeccable restaurant presentation and cleanliness standards
- Ensure Team Members embody the spirit of hospitality and professionalism
- Proactively communicate with guests to optimize satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Develop and mentor Team Members to reach their full potential
- Enforce adherence to operating procedures and protocols
What we seek in an ideal candidate:
- Exceptional customer service skills and genuine passion for hospitality
- Proven experience in high-volume operations, preferably in the food industry
- Leadership skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
- Current certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (desired)
