About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic professional to fill the position of Client Relationship Manager.

  • As our key point of contact, you will work closely with veterinary partners and pet owners to ensure a seamless experience throughout the cremation and memorial process.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with veterinary clinics, supporting clients, and responding to their queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Your role will also involve managing bookings, logistics, and documentation for cremation services, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and respectful service delivery.

About You

  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a compassionate nature, and relevant experience in customer service, client liaison or account management.
  • You have excellent organisational and time management skills, confidence with phone-based communication and administrative systems, and a genuine interest in helping people and their pets through difficult times.
