Customer Success Advocate

Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics, and we're seeking a Customer Success Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Support Sales reps in using standard channels to build long-term trusting relationships with customers, ensuring they realize full value from their investment with Maersk.
- Ensure internal alignment on customer goals and marketing strategies, partnering with cross-functional Maersk teams to develop and execute omni-channel digital marketing strategies that maximize value for customers.
- Continually assess customer progress toward stated goals and drive expected results in areas of adoption, usage, business value, friction, and overall relationship.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring customer needs are met and account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
- Manage the allocation process and coordinate with customers to ensure they deliver on commitments.
- Manage the tender handling process and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offer is submitted to customers.
- Coordinate the quoting and contracting process with relevant stakeholders.
- Timely contract renewals and contract management.
- Account management execution
- Commercial knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer relations and stakeholder management skills
- High-level product understanding, including how it solves different customer pains
