Reverse Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reverse Logistics Operations leader to join our team in Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a key role in optimizing our reverse logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Monitor operational performance metrics (e.g., return processing time, item disposition rates, backlog) to maintain efficient operations.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to plan labor resources, including peak periods, to ensure production continuity.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and process launches, ensuring that 3PL teams have the necessary skills.
- Provide problem-solving support for complex issues related to AVV4 and 3PL teams.
- FOLLOW UP technical issue tickets based on feedback from field colleagues, using established procedures.
- Prioritize and provide timely feedback on customer return issue tickets.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational background.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
