The Reverse Logistics Operations team operates as the backbone of fulfillment and customer service, ensuring a consistent and world-class customer experience. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for local operations, training staff with standardized procedures, and overseeing operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • KPI Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on operational KPIs such as return processing time and item disposition rates to ensure efficiency.
  • Labor Planning: Collaborate with external partners to plan labor requirements, especially during peak periods, to maintain continuous production.
  • Gemba Walks: Conduct regular Gemba walks to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Training: Develop and implement training programs for new hires and process launches to ensure staff are equipped with necessary skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide support for complex issues within the team and follow up on technical issue tickets based on feedback.
  • Customer Feedback: Prioritize and provide timely feedback on customer return issue tickets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of operational experience.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industries.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies and process improvement applications.
  • Demonstrated training and dissemination skills and experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
