This role plays a vital part in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction at Amazon.
- Closely monitor and report operational KPIs to ensure smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with logistics providers to schedule labor, especially during peak periods, ensuring consistent production levels.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage training programs for new employees and process implementations, making sure the logistics team has the necessary skills.
- Provide problem-solving assistance for complex issues affecting AVV4 and the logistics team.
- Follow up on technical issue tickets based on feedback from facilities, using proper protocols.
- Prioritize and provide timely feedback on customer return issue tickets.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational background is required.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
