Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic tennis coach to join our team as the Head of Tennis. As the Director of Tennis Operations, you will work closely with the Heads of Sport and Junior Coordinators of Sport to create a cohesive and dynamic tennis program. Your innovative approach will ensure our tennis program stands out as a core co-curricular activity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a coherent coaching and training program for all year levels
* Set performance objectives and goals for the tennis season in collaboration with the Heads of Sport
* Establish and oversee a fair and transparent team selection process
* Maintain effective communication with staff, coaches, students, and parents
* Ensure the safety and security of students and staff during tennis activities
* Mentor and support coaches, fostering a positive and inclusive sporting culture

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A passion for co-curricular sport and a strong commitment to developing students' skills and talents
* Extensive experience as a tennis coach, with a proven track record of success
* Excellent role modeling skills, with the ability to inspire students and foster a love for the sport
* Strong people management and communication skills
* Highly organized and motivated, with a strong administrative capability
