">About the Role
">We are seeking a strategic thinker with a proven background in leading and managing a national sales function and team to achieve organisational goals.
">As National Sales Director for our tyre business, you will leverage your knowledge and experience in commercial operations and sales to effectively manage the P&L through the development and implementation of key strategies.
">You will lead the sales team to ensure sales budgets are achieved with effective use of business assets and human resources, working closely with the General Manager, Retail Operations to maintain customer satisfaction and maximise customer value.
">Your team will consist of 6 direct reports with a total remit of 41 teammates, based in our Adelaide Head Office with regular travel required.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must be perceptive to the needs and motivational requirements of our business stakeholders, able to communicate and negotiate clearly at all levels.
">Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of professionals, with proven success and exposure as a leader in commercial operations and sales.
">You will also need exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong numeracy, financial literacy, and computer skills.
