Account Growth Specialist
\We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute targeted sales strategies within existing customer accounts. This role is ideal for a sales expert looking to further their career by driving revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling Riskonnect's Integrated Risk Management solutions.
\This opportunity involves partnering closely with our APAC sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing customer base. You will be responsible for crafting compelling sales presentations, value-driven messaging, and executing a data-driven approach to drive results.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to drive revenue growth and account expansion.\
- Conduct thorough account research to uncover new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell potential.\
- Craft and tailor compelling sales presentations and value-driven messaging to effectively communicate the value of Riskonnect's solutions.\
- Initiate proactive outreach to existing customers to re-engage and expand relationships.\
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives within assigned accounts.\
- Track activity in CRM systems for accuracy and visibility.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Engineering, New Business) as needed to support deal execution.
Requirements:
\- 3-5 years of experience in a sales, sales support, or business development role.\
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.\
- Working knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software sales.\
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).\
- Experience working in a CRM (preferably Salesforce).\
- Familiarity with Gong, Consensus, or other sales tools is a plus.\
- Proficiency in another language is advantageous.
