Job Title: Online Community Catalyst

We're looking for a skilled professional to spearhead the growth and engagement of our online community. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives that drive community expansion, foster meaningful connections, and promote thought leadership in workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to boost community participation, including product launches, user engagement campaigns, advocacy programs, and collaborations with cross-functional teams.
  2. Craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with our users, contributing to the success of our brand portfolio.
  3. Work closely with product, marketing, and go-to-market teams to drive continued growth, adoption, and engagement of our product portfolio within the community.
  4. Empower customers to find answers to their questions about our products and services, utilizing the community as a primary channel.
  5. Analyze market and customer feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap planning.
  6. Promote cross-functional alignment to our overall product roadmap and addressable markets.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in community management, with a proven track record of executing successful community growth and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and align teams toward common goals.
  • Skilled communicator with a knack for crafting engaging content and fostering meaningful conversations within online communities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects without losing focus.
