About the Role

We are seeking an organised and outgoing administrator to provide administrative support to our childcare centre on a part-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for families managing enrolments, family accounts, and the centre's waiting list using the software XAP. They will also be responsible for general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries, and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the childcare centre
  • Manage enrolments, family accounts, and the centre's waiting list using XAP
  • Perform general accounting tasks
  • Respond to email and phone queries
  • Assist the Director with filing and record keeping
Requirements
  • A NSW Employee Working With Children Check (if appointed)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A collaborative team approach
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to establish, maintain, and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • A positive and 'can-do' attitude
  • Previous experience and/or a relevant qualification
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
