About the Role

We are seeking an organised and outgoing administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of our childcare service on a part-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enrolments, family accounts, and the centre's waiting list using software XAP
  • Perform general accounting tasks
  • Respond to queries from families and staff
  • Assist the Director with filing, record-keeping, and other tasks

Requirements

  • National Police Check (if appointed)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Collaborative team approach
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to establish, maintain, and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • Positive and 'can-do' attitude
  • Previous experience and/or relevant qualification
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
