Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in the Northern Beaches Region of Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support to clients with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
- Motivate clients to make informed choices and develop skills for independence, promoting their overall well-being.
- Transport clients in our wheelchair-accessible vehicles, ensuring safe and comfortable travel.
Requirements
- Experience working in a similar role with individuals with disabilities.
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
- Local to the Northern Beaches area.
