Senior Outsourcing Manager

This role encompasses strategic management and performance of outsourced agreements and external partner programs across the technology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand long-term business objectives and negotiate contract terms.
- Develop strategies for managing partner service relationships and monitoring service agreements.
- Manage the lifecycle administration of contracts and fulfill supply obligations.
- Lead supplier engagement and remediation plans to address regulatory requirements and high-risk audit findings.
- Tertiary qualification in a Commercial or Business discipline.
- Commercial experience gained within the enterprise and/or APRA regulated environment.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT outsourcing agreements.
- Ability to manage and lead suppliers at senior management level.
