Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a part-time Human Resource Lead to join our organization. This role will be responsible for delivering HR services and ensuring compliance with policies and organizational values.

  • Managing the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Providing HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Assisting in performance management and training development.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies for legal compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with payroll processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources).
  • At least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
