Job Title: People Development Specialist

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization as a People Development Specialist.

You will report directly to the Head of Human Resources and work closely with senior leadership to drive the development of a high-performing culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including talent attraction and selection, and offboarding processes.
  • Supporting the delivery of strategic HR initiatives across the organization, including performance management, remuneration, promotions, and learning and development.
  • Actively participating in developing and implementing critical cultural, wellbeing, and change management programs.
  • Providing support to the Head of Human Resources, including assistance with payroll processing and maintaining HR systems.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR coordination and/or advisory roles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
  • Previous experience working in professional services, preferably in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a confident polite manner.
  • Organisational skills that enable you to be process-driven and prioritise your workload efficiently.
  • A desire to work collaboratively as part of a results-driven team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
