Job Title

A Business Partner role in People and Culture will drive change management, cultural enrichment, and employee-centric initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Support performance management, facilitating training and development activities.
  • Manage reward and recognition programs, promoting staff morale.
  • Coordinate Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (OHSW) activities.
