Job Description

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic team as a People & Culture Business Partner. This role offers a chance to contribute to exciting transformation and engagement initiatives, while supporting the corporate functions of the business.

  • Build influential relationships with leaders to drive positive employee and business outcomes.
  • Deliver on the strategic people plan, supporting change initiatives, organisation design, and transformation projects.
  • Partner with leaders on annual people activities including performance management, remuneration reviews, and talent development.
  • Provide high-level advice and hands-on support in ER/IR matters including investigations, grievances and performance issues.
  • Coach leaders to strengthen people leadership capability and deliver effective employee engagement plans.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver integrated outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated business partnering experience across a large, complex, corporate environment.
  • Strong ER/IR expertise with a track record of resolving complex employee relations matters.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coach leaders through transformation and change.
  • Broad HR generalist knowledge across talent, succession, engagement, performance, remuneration, and organisational design.
