Technical Support Specialist

    Provide expert-level support for desktops, laptops and end-user devices, troubleshooting technical issues, deploying enterprise technologies, ensuring smooth operations.

    Responsibilities:

  •     - Provide desktop support to end-users, both remotely and in-person, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues.
  •     - Set up and deploy new desktops, laptops and mobile devices, ensuring proper functionality and user access to enterprise systems.
  •     - Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup, access provisioning and data migration within Office 365 and other enterprise platforms.
  •     - Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot network connectivity and printer-related problems, leveraging enterprise technologies such as Active Directory and Group Policy.
  •     - Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including incident logs, resolution steps and knowledge base articles for Office 365 and other enterprise systems.
  •     - Follow established procedures and policies to ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations, particularly in relation to enterprise technologies.
  •     - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to desktop support and enterprise technologies.

    Requirements:

  •     - Proven experience in a desktop support or technical support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  •     - Familiarity with Office 365 administration, including user management, license assignment and mailbox configuration.
  •     - Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy and user account administration within an enterprise environment.
  •     - Solid understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
  •     - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues and printer problems.
  •     - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  •     - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  •     - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  •     - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
  •     - Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), are a plus.
