Meet the Finance Team

The Finance Team at LEAP is a dynamic group of professionals ensuring the company's growth is strategic and sustainable. A finance career here goes beyond balancing figures; it's about providing financial leadership and management that drives business growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue-related systems and databases.
  • Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights, develop dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time business performance and market trends analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and systems, recommending best practices and standard operating procedures for revenue operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within SaaS or another subscription revenue business, with a track record of optimizing revenue processes and systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, BI tools).
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), billing systems (Zuora), and other revenue-related software.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions, while being adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
