Revenue Operations Specialist

Ignition is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining revenue processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize revenue tools, including HubSpot, Vitaly, ChiliPiper, Gong, Intercom, Recurly, Asana, Segment & Amplitude
- Coordinate with the Revenue Operations Team to manage roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and resolve technical issues
- Continuously improve current processes and deploy new ones to track key metrics
- Make data accessible, conduct detailed analyses, and identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CX to ensure alignment and coordination
- Build and improve reporting dashboards in HubSpot and Looker to track metrics and report performance to sales leaders
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, customer experience operations, revenue operations, Go-To-Market systems, or similar role
- Experience supporting Go-To-Market teams such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success
- Experience working with modern sales tools and proficiency in HubSpot; experience or familiarity with Vitaly, ChiliPiper, Gong, Intercom, and Recurly, Segment & Amplitude is a plus
- Demonstrated strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to explain complex processes simply
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and project boards in Asana
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and data accuracy
