Chief Technology Strategist

This is a pivotal business-critical leadership position requiring effective strategic management and operational oversight of Technology services across the market. As a key member of our team, you will report to our Chief Technology Officer who fosters a culture of personal and professional growth for his team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning and execution for all Technology platforms in the market, ensuring seamless operation and optimal service delivery
- Leading and managing the local Technology Team to drive exceptional Technology service delivery to Nova staff
- Collaboration with the Technology Leadership group and alignment with Nova's Business Support Team, Zetta Support Team, IT Security Team, and adherence to Nova Technology standards
- Effective stakeholder management and driving value-based outcomes for Nova
Success in this role demands:
- Comprehensive knowledge of broadcast audio, transmission, and enterprise IT technologies
- Exceptional team leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to build and grow an outcome-driven Technology Team
- Wholesale understanding of the business and ability to think beyond individual roles to achieve Nova's goals
