About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chief Technology Strategist to lead our technology strategy for our Education portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to drive technological innovation and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • SaaS Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SaaS strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Platform Leadership: Lead multiple interconnected platforms serving 8,700+ childcare services.
  • Team Management: Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer - SaaS, giving strategic influence over technology decisions and managing a team of technology professionals.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience in a multi-region (global) SaaS environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, test automation, and CI/CD practices.
  • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
