Young Professionals Administrative Support Role

This 12-month traineeship provides support to the Executive Leadership Team, based in Melbourne CBD. It's part of a Victorian State Government initiative designed to increase workforce participation among young people.
The successful candidate will work within a small team providing administrative support to Executives and Ministers. This opportunity allows the trainee to work across various divisions within the department, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, note-taking, computer-based tasks, and handling confidential documentation.
Key responsibilities also include managing stationery stock levels and undertaking administrative functions to support the Executive Leadership team.
