Imagination and Discovery: A Journey of Growth
Job Description- Meet and greet children, families, and visitors to the Centre.
- Provide support and assistance with enrolments and general enquiries.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and Educators.
- Process payments via a secure system, manage debt collection as required.
- Answer and direct telephone calls while maintaining the security of the centre and monitoring entrances and exits.
- Coordinate administration tasks including communications, maintenance, orders, and deliveries.
- Previous experience working in an administration assistant role, with exposure to the early childhood industry.
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care are essential.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills including time management, prioritisation, producing high-quality work, and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- A Current Working with Children Check.
- Nurturing curious and creative young minds through engaging learning programs and weekly activities.
