Job Details

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at our Springwood site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who can provide high-quality first point of contact customer service and support staff with administration duties, answer phone calls, and direct traffic to appropriate services.

This role involves managing the front desk of a high-flow reception area, providing professional support and service to all customers, and carrying out general administration duties including invoice processing, scheduling appointments, and ensuring facilities are stocked and available for use.

About the Role
  • Provide professional support and service to all customers, including participants, employers, training organisations, and stakeholders.
  • Manage scheduling of participants and ensure consultants are advised of arrival.
  • Carry out general administration duties, including completion of invoice processing through internal systems, postage services, scheduling appointments, and making sure facilities are stocked and available for use.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated strong administrative skills, including word processing, data entry, and filing.
  • Proven ability to accurately record and retrieve information using a database system.
  • Exhibited strong customer service skills, including telephone manner.
  • A NDIS Worker screening check or willingness to obtain one.
