The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing customer support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of customer support agents.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Hold regular one-on-one sessions and performance manage when needed.
- Report across key metrics in the business.
- Recruit and train new staff members.
- Work closely with the Director on business improvement and processes.
- Solve complex problems and think outside the box.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-centric role.
- Previous people management experience.
- A bright and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Experience working in a start-up environment or willingness to adapt.
- Drive to work closely with the leadership team to improve and grow the business.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
