The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead our Employee Experience team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to our employees and leaders. Your expertise will be essential in driving the analysis and review of HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of HR professionals, focusing on capability development and performance management.
  • Provide exceptional HR services to employees and leaders across the entire employee lifecycle, including probation, verification of employment, position reclassification, performance review, and terminations.
  • Drive the ongoing analysis and review of HR services and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of HR operational services. You will have extensive knowledge of modern awards, enterprise agreements, and employment legislations. Your technical skills in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, will be highly valued.
