About the Role

Mott MacDonald is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our people and contributing to our ongoing industry success.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders on all facets of the employment lifecycle, contributing to Division Managers and the senior leadership teams to drive successful people & business outcomes. You will proactively contribute to an inclusive and high-performing culture by providing effective support to the leadership and management teams (including line managers) in employee relations and HR advisory issues such as performance management, remuneration reviews, legislative compliance, as well as policy and procedure implementation.

About You
  • You hold a degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or a similar field.
  • You possess highly developed interpersonal and relationship skills, comfortable to liaise with employees at all levels.
  • You have experience in providing practical and timely HR guidance and advice to employees, including line managers and the local leadership team around HR policies and procedures.
  • You take pride in delivering a quality service to your internal clients to roll out HR initiatives across NSW, working alongside the wider Australia HR team including Mobility, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition.
  • You develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to maintain a positive HR presence.
