About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at Oxygen Recruitment & HR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our HR function, supporting key business leaders, and improving organizational capability.

  • Liaise with key internal departments for related projects or issues arising
  • Support HR projects
About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified HR professional with over 10 years of professional HR experience. Membership of a professional organization such as AHRI will be looked upon favourably. You should have a well-rounded knowledge of critical HR areas such as The Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and new legislation such as the "right to disconnect". You should also be proficient in data analysis tools, DEI strategies, talent management, and remuneration benchmarking.
