About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, providing expert advice and support to customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our products, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and customer service, and a strong attention to detail.

You will also have previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in retail or sales, and be able to genuinely connect with customers.
